How do I book an Executive Suite?
You can book an Executive Suite for an any length of time you wish – by the month. Our Executive Suite bookings are for a 1 month basis and you can add multiple months in the online booking portal. You may also pay for your first month online and then in person pay for additional months.
How do I book a Modular Suite?
You can book a Modular Suite for an any length of time you wish – by the day, week, or month. Prices are applied based on the amount of time booked. From 1 to 6 days you will receive the daily rate, from 7 to 30 days the weekly rate and from 31 to 90 days the monthly rate.
How do I book a Boardroom or Meeting Room?
Boardrooms and Meeting Rooms are booked by the hour.
What are your hours of operation.
Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No boardroom or meeting room bookings will be accepted outside of these hours.
Once an access pass has been issued, tenants will have 24-hour access to their office, and use of the office space is not restricted to regular business hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?
100% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. Payments can be done by credit card or debit card online.
Do you accept annual bookings?
Annual bookings are accepted in person. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to cover any potential damage or breakage during the stay. At the end of the rental term, the deposit will be fully refunded unless it is required, in part or in full, to repair damage to the suite or furnishings.
